How much is the shipping cost?

Shipments are generally made via USPS First class . Still, some international shipments may be subject to customs charges.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Orders are generally shipped the same day or the next day the order is received. Once the request has been received, we proceed to verify, pack and ship your order.

There may be delays, if an address could not be verified, or if there are problems processing a payment. To avoid this, we recommend making sure you have established a valid shipping address and that all of your payment information is correct before placing your order. One of our staff members will contact you as soon as possible by email if there is any problem with your order.

How to know my tracking number?

When you place an order, an email is sent confirming the number of that order. Then, once the order has been shipped , you will receive another email with the shipping confirmation and tracking number.

How will my orders be shipped?

Individual item orders are typically shipped via USPS, while larger orders are shipped via UPS.
The choice of carrier will depend on the size of your order.

At what time should I expect my orders to arrive?

Once your order has left our warehouse, a delivery confirmation number or tracking number will be sent to you via email. Shipments within the US usually take 1-5 business days to arrive after the order has left our warehouse. As for international orders, they have a variable delivery time, they generally take between 6 and 15 days, however, they may be subject to customs delays, which is beyond our control. It is recommended that you contact your local post office for more information.

Shipments are made to most countries , with some exceptions, due to the cost of international shipping.

When my order has not arrived , what should I do?

Your order may have been delivered to the wrong address or to the wrong person. When an unusual delay occurs, you must verify the email where your order is confirmed to ensure that the shipping address is correct. If you notice any errors, you should contact our customer service immediately. We also recommend contacting the carrier (USPS or UPS) to find out the status of your order.

It is also considered in some cases, to consult with family members, neighbors or co-workers to clarify if the request was received by any of them.

However, if you still haven’t received your order after the allotted time for it to arrive has passed, you should contact us for assistance.

Do you have the ability to ship to PO Boxes or APO/AE addresses?

Yes, it is possible to make shipments by these means. PO Box and APO/AE orders can be placed through USPS.
